For licensed Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineers with inspection experience in construction, manufacturing, mining or energy.
Job description and requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering. Licensed engineer preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the construction, manufacturing, mining, energy or safety industries. Previous overseas exposure is an advantage.
- Familiar with MS Office applications.
- Able to work independently within a team environment and develop lasting relationships.
- Able to communicate effectively with consultants and contractors involved in projects.
- Able to mentor and train local and new employees using various presentations.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical and civil works.
- Knowledge of plant and equipment reliability and integrity.
- Knowledge of quality management concepts (ISO 9001 series).
- Knowledge of health, safety and environment (HSE) on job sites.
- Knowledge of inspection of mechanical equipment prior to installation.
- Knowledge of preparation and review of scope of works and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of preparation and review of project cost proposals, estimating and bidding.
- Knowledge of engineering documentation control and technical data libraries.
- Knowledge of construction heavy and lifting equipment operation and maintenance.
